Connection begins within.
Outbreath is a counselling and wellbeing practice for anyone seeking a quieter space to think, be heard and reconnect with themselves. For equestrians, we go further — exploring what the relationship with your horse might be inviting you to notice about you. Whether you're here for individual counselling or the Mind, Horse, Human program, the same philosophy underpins it all: connection cannot be forced. It can only be invited.
Registered with the Australian Counselling Association, I offer professional and client-centered counselling and equestrian wellbeing programs and support for people who are ready to slow down, get curious, and reconnect — with themselves, with others, and with their horse.

Counselling Sessions
I offer a safe, supportive space to gently explore your experiences at your own pace. Using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, we work together to build understanding, strengthen coping skills, and support your sense of safety and wellbeing.
Mind, Horse, Human
A six-session equestrian wellbeing program exploring what you notice about yourself through your relationship with your horse. Not about becoming a better rider. Not about fixing your horse. About becoming curious about what could be.
Connection Begins Within
Everything we do at Outbreath — counselling, equestrian wellbeing, Mind, Horse, Human — is built on CONNECT, a therapeutic framework developed here at Outbreath. It's not a technique to master, but a way of moving through the process of growth, one step at a time.

Find harmony in your being
At Outbreath, we believe harmony in being comes from connection — with yourself, with others, and for many of us, with our horses. That's the belief CONNECT is built on, and it's what shapes everything we offer, from individual counselling to Mind, Horse, Human.
Horses have a unique way of reflecting what's happening in us — our pressure, our patterns, our trust. We believe caring for that relationship matters just as much as caring for ourselves.
Our mission is to help people slow down, get curious, and reconnect — with themselves, with others, and with the horses in their lives.
